  • Kamen Rider Kiva (novel)
rdfs:comment
  • The novel is a reimagination of the TV series, where Kiva is Wataru's Fangire form. With that, Kivat, Basshaa and Dogga do not exist in this story. Jiro is a Fangire hunter and Otoya's love rival. Shizuka Nomura plays a more important role in the plot. Nago never befriends Wataru, who ends up as the final villain. He dies after his Rider Kick collides with Wataru's kick. The 1986 portion has a "trendy love drama feel" while the present part reads more like a shoujo-esque love story. It's also peppered with some comedic moments, even using a gag from the Agito novel.
