She was the first jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails before it was extracted from her when she was still a child. She is also known worldwide as Titania. Background Raisa was born into the famed Uzumaki clan of Uzushiogakure. She grew up without ever knowing her parents and was raised for a few years by a Light Dragon who found her crying in a damaged wooden basket. Raisa, spending over a decade with her without ever even noticing, grew fond of the dragon who she called her foster-mother and even adapted dragon traits: one of her most noticeable ones are her unique chakra and an exceptionally long potential lifespan, which added to her already extensive lifespan due to her being born from the Uzumaki clan, who were blessed with an extraordinary life force; she even changed her last name in honor of her foster mother. . Unfortunately, one day when she woke up, her foster-mother suddenly disparaged without even uttering a word to Raisa. Devastated, she searched for the dragon over a period of two years, making a few friends along the way. Raisa was eventually kidnapped during a night raid in the place where she currently inhabited, Rosemary Village, and was forced to witness the murder of her caretaker, Martha, and her mentor and foster-father, Captain White Beard. After a long walk through the dessert with her kidnappers, she was placed in slave concentration camp where she was often beaten, neglected, starved, humiliated, experimented on and isolated from the rest of the cellmates for a time span of five hundred years. However, due to her abnormal upbringing by a dragon, Raisa maintained the appearance of a five to six year old child and the rationale of a child without her even noticing; the keepers of the camp, however, noticed and took this as an opportunity to seal the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox inside of her without having to constantly look for another host every time their lifespan was over. Due to her being a jinchuriki, Raisa was always excluded from any small activities the other slaves participated in when the guards weren't watching, such as playing with marbles, and was resented for containing the beast. She was merely seen as a monster; some even saw her as the fox itself. The only socialization she ever received were from the constant disputes Raisa and the Demon Fox, whom she soon learned was named Karuma, engaged in. Raisa stayed as the host of Karuma for twenty-three years and still did not age at all, something that even surprised Karuma. At one point, Karuma came to deeply care for Raisa and even became her teacher when he saw her lack of intelligence; he even stated to Naruto during the war that Raisa was the only jinchuriki he wanted to stay within forever, because he saw how much she was suffering. She was also the first one to declare that one day, she would take all that hatred from inside Karuma, much like Naruto. Karuma was later extracted from Raisa and transferred into Mito Uzumaki. Not wanting to separate from her, Karuma sealed a considerable amount of chakra within Raisa during the process. Thanks to her extremely strong life force, Raisa survived the extraction but was extremely weakened. Despite her poor health, the guards still forced her to continue her work for a period of another five hundred years. During that time, she met a friend named Sunia Uchiha, who was sold by her poor mother so she could make a profit. Despite this, Sunia still loved her mother and later on came to love Raisa even more. They became best friends. One day on a stormy night, there was a massive rebel and due to this, all the prisoners were set free. Sunia's leg was crushed under the collapsing tower that once held them captive. Raisa, seeing her friend in trouble, ran away to search for help to a nearby village, which happened to the Hidden Rain Village. Thinking that Raisa had abandoned her, Sunia became livid and lifted the entire pillar by herself, promising that she would one day kill her and thus, awakened her Mangekyou Sharingan. While searching for help, Raisa was once again taken into custody by two criminals. They brought her into a cot with her hands tied, and planned to sell her body parts to different illegal businesses. She was eventually saved by Yahiko, who witnessed her capture, and brought her back to the tiny house Nagato, Konan and Jiraiya rested in. Under the tutelage of Jiraiya, Raisa tried to learn ninjutsu but constantly failed due to her upbringing. Jiraiya noticed this and said it was practically impossible for him to train her. Despite this, Raisa secretly trained alone at night while everyone was sleeping or when they were out training, with only Nagato supervising her without her knowing. She even went as far as to steal a scroll from Hanzo's mansion to improve her strength. She was eventually caught but excused after Nagato pleaded for mercy on her behalf. After her separation from her friends and the group they had organized, Raisa traveled to the Hidden Sand Village where she became the teacher of Sasori and two other students. She was shunned from the village later on; the villagers believed she was responsible for the assassination of the Third Kazekage, and the disappearance of her three students. Raisa met Itachi on top of a branch when she was grieving for the loss of her beloved ones and the treatment inflicted upon her by the village she lived in. After spending a two years together, she later on became the wife of Itachi and conceived two sons, Surab and Tenzen. After Itachi left her for her and the children's sake, Surab and Tenzen were gassed while still in school. Raisa began to hate humanity and isolated herself from the rest of the village. After her encounter with Naruto Uzumaki, she began to have a change of heart. Raisa officially became a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village after the death of Nagato, Itachi and Jiraiya, wanting to carry on their dreams of protecting the village they had sacrificed their lives for. Personality As a child, Raisa and the Amegakure Orphans were students of Jiraiya. She was very hard-headed, impulsive, diligent, stubborn and oblivious. According to Jiraiya, Raisa was a very talkative and tomboyish girl, but also the most hard-working student he had ever seen. She was also fearless, as seen when she openly called Tsunade ugly and a whore when she brought near death upon Jiraiya when he tried to peek at Tsunade at the hot springs. As an adult, Raisa was shown to be very level-headed and calm. She could withstand insults hurled at her without lashing out at them angrily, in contrast to her childhood years, where she would often pummel the people who teased and mocked her. Despite her calm demeanor, she still retained her quick temper from childhood. Itachi was even afraid to make a wrong move in front of her and nicknamed her Fiery Tigress. Raisa was also very reckless and was well known through the whole Akatsuki Organization for her monstrous strength and short temper. Every Akatsuki member who encountered her claimed they had a near-death experience, with the exception being Itachi, Konan, Nagato/Pein and Tobi. Sasori even stated he entered a coma for one week after he called his female teammate a snot-nosed slut of a student. Kisame tried to flirt with her once during the absence of Itachi but almost got his head ripped off and several of his internal organs were ruptured. She was also very loyal to her husband. In fact, Itachi revealed all the secret information regarding Konoha and about his life, displaying their strong trust within each other. Raisa is also extremely wise and reasonable. She was for the execution of her nephew, Sasuke, seeing that he would bring nothing but harm to her village and Naruto. Beneath this tough exterior, Raisa has come to truly love the village, as she was willingly to sacrifice her love for the children and elderly of Konoha in her fight with her long-lost friend, Sunia, who appeared to have been raised by a dragon herself. She seems to be very fond with children and hangs around them more than she does with people of her age, though there is really no humans in the village that are over one thousand years old. She is willingly to place herself in danger if it's for the betterment of her teammates or the village, and is not afraid even if it means certain death. Raisa is also very intimidating; Madara was constantly terrified of the threat she posed and routinly ordered for her extermination. Though Nagato was dissapoitned by this, he knew Raisa would never be defeated in battle, even if the whole Akatsuki were to join forces and take her down. They, on their own, became terrified just thinking about her. Tsunade is also frightened of Raisa, and her student, Sakura, later learns to fear her as well after the incident in which she tried to punch Raisa after she heavily insulted Sasuke, but instead, broke her bones and several of her organs were damaged when Raisa gripped her by the wrist, crushed her arm with barely any excretion and flung her out of the window of the Hokage's office. Though she is not the most intelligent and tactical of people, Raisa was accidentally hailed as a genius when she foreshadowed the attacks and next moves planned by the Third Raikage, who she fought in order to buy time for her comrades to escape. It was later revealed that her instincts were often very good and made it seem like she could broadcast the future. In contrast to her serious character, Raisa also showed a very comical side when she guffawed at Sasuke's declaration of him taking the Hoakage's seat and advised him to go home because he was probably drinking or on meth. Despite shunning all of Nagato's romantic advances over the years they were together, she still cared very much for him as one of her best friends. There was a little romantic development between them which was primarily prompted by Nagato's constant effort to win her over, but it soon broke after she abandoned the Akatsuki after witnessing it's downfall. When she found out that he was dead, Raisa silently mourned for his loss. Appearance Raisa is a light peach skinned woman of tall stature with large brown eyes and brown hair. She does not appear to have red hair, which is a common trademark characteristic for any one who is born into the Uzumaki clan. Her hair reaches up to her waist. She has chin-length bangs which frames her slim face. As a child, she was often teased for her large eyes, chubby face and weirdly formatted hair, which only reached up to her shoulders that time, by her classmates in the Academy, prompting her to beat them up. She was also below average height and considered a midget. As a adult, her face became slimmer and the size of her eyes were adequate for the space of her front. She was taller than Konan and only stood an inch below Yahiko. Raisa is very physically fit and even possesses a four pack. Her legs and arms are well toned, and she is very curvaceous. Despite being known as flat-chested in her childhood, she now has a rather large bust; double D cup according to Yahiko. Raisa is renown for her beauty and is refereed to as one of the most beautiful woman in history. Her beauty is pointed out by several characters such as Itachi, Nagato, Naruto, Sai, Sasori, Orochimaru, Kisame and even Obito/Tobi. Abilities Raisa was an unremarkable student in the Academy and out of Jiraiya's students and struggled to perform even basic techniques. She narrowly managed to graduate from the Academy and become an official shinobi after three consecutive failures. However, many prominent shinobi, including Orochimaru and Jiraiya say a great potential within her. Taking this into consideration, Jiraiya gave Raisa a scroll and believed that she was the only person capable of accessing it. This later proved to be true. The scroll was an ancient equipment that could only activate from the touch of dragon blood. When Jiraiya left the orphans, Raisa secretly went outside to a clean area and entered the dimension that resulted when the scroll was activated. At first, she did not do so well in her training at the Valley of Hesperus and was seen as the worst student that had ever appeared in the village in six thousand years. Yet sheer perseverance and willpower allowed Raisa to push past this stumbling block, revealing herself as a late bloomer as her true talent showed itself later. Since one day in the human realm equaled five months in the Valley of Herperus, Raisa was able to train for an extremely long period of time, giving her enough time for her powers to outclass even Nagato. Because of her Uzumaki lineage, her chakra reserves are naturally large and resilient, granting him tremendous stamina and vitality. Raisa trained under gravity twenty times heavier than that on Earth, and was trained to run at a speed of two hundred miles an hour and lift giant boulders while jogging under these circumstances. This boosted her strength and speed to such a height that at one point, she beat Tsuande in an arm-wrestling contest and was able to keep up in speed with the Third Rikage, and later on, surpassed him. She was supposedly even faster than the Fourth Hokage, who was the fastest shinobi alive. Raisa's trademark ability is her immense raw speed, strength and unique powers. Raisa is unable to fully utilize her chakra, thus, she can not walk on water or climb up a tree with just her feet. Instead, she is known widely around the world as the Light Ninja. Raisa is able to craft anything entirely from light, ranging from atom sized balls of lights to serve as message signals or a massive ball of light that is big enough to block the Sun's rays. Raisa can also convert her body to that of light, so anything that penetrates her goes directly through, giving her a major advantage in battle. Her strength is much greater than that of Tsunade's, who is hailed to be the most strongest ninja alive. Raisa can cause earthquakes, activate dormant volcanoes and create massive craters with a single but powerful punch. She has been also seen to lift objects more than twice her size, as seen in one point of her training when she lifted a boulder almost the size of a matured mountain under immense gravity with only a single hand. In battle, Raisa has displayed great speed, flexibility, and ferocity.Her remarkable resistant to pain also allowed her to survive being electrocuted and fired at numerous times during a battle with Sunia, who had elevated Raisa's feeling of pain to the highest sensitivity level possible. During the battle with Madara, she was able to destroy multiple versions of Susano after suffering from the full impact of the Ten-Tailed Beast's tailed beast ball while protecting the Allied Shinobi Force. Raisa is also able to enter the Fifth Tailed Beast Mode, since her chakra is infused with a portion of Karuma's, much like Sora. Raisa is famously known in criminal organizations such as Akatsuki, who view her as a major threat but has never been assigned to terminate due to Nagato's strong feelings for her. During the invasion of Pain, Nagato made sure only her house which she had established a long time ago in the Hidden Leaf Village was not destroyed, and even surrounded it in a protective barrier. The Akatsuki members were each completely immobilized after met with the her. Their conditions ranged from broken bones to ruptured internal organs. Kisame was the only member who willingly went to her for the second time. He tried to flirt with her, but instead, had his neck nearly broken and his muscles were torn apart internally. Thanks to his sword, he was able to survive the ferocious impact. During her short battle with Sasuke, she was able to easily penetrate his Susano which was coveted with the black flames. To Sasuke's surprise, Raisa devoured the flames and spit it right back at him. The battle only lasted a few minutes, and Sasuke was forced to retreat after suffering from numerous internal and external injuries. Ever since that unfateful encounter, he has learned to fear his aunt.
