The ninja was better known by his codename, Scorpion. Sub-Zero fought past the warriors and obstacles guarding the temple where the scroll was held. Upon arriving at the chamber where the scroll was contained, Sub-Zero encountered Scorpion. The Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu clans were locked in a bitter feud spanning years. Thus, a violent battle for the scroll ensued. Sub-Zero won the battle and the scroll was his to take. He could have spared his opponent, instead, Sub-Zero chose, coldly, to savagely kill him.
