Unlike the other divine weapons that exist within the Elibe Series, Eckesachs is incapable of inflicting effective damage against Manaketes, although this may be due to the fact it is an enemy only weapon in the main game and it may in fact do so according to lore.

abstract | - Eckesachs (エッケザックス Ekkezakkusu, translated Exaccus in certain fan translations) is a divine Sword that appears in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Unlike the other divine weapons that exist within the Elibe Series, Eckesachs is incapable of inflicting effective damage against Manaketes, although this may be due to the fact it is an enemy only weapon in the main game and it may in fact do so according to lore. The weapon itself is unique in design. Having no sheath, the blade is simply carried around in a scepter form. When it is actually used, the sword mechanically morphs into a huge blade of overwhelming power, whereupon Zephiel proceeds to grapple it firmly before spinning and thrusting it at a selected enemy target. The sword apparently has some affinity with the element of lightning, as evidenced by the presence of electrical bolts whenever Zephiel either activates a critical hit or sends shockwaves towards his foe when attacking at range.
