Its Flamethrower is strong enough to instantly kill weaker characters, but a well-developed Sentinel can absorb most of the missiles and lasers. Omega is immune to most things, but Dispel works. After a while, Omega will begin charging a Wave Cannon. Just after the Wave Cannon, Omega overheats and staggers and becomes vulnerable, notably to Deprotect. When staggered it uses missile attacks. Whenever Omega's stagger ends, it will use Pilebunker, to launch all party members and then resume with Operation Ω, and the battle restarts from there. Omega instantly ends its stagger and uses Pilebunker when it reaches exactly at 1/3 of its maximum HP. At this point Omega will glow red and run around the arena dealing continuous small hits. When Omega glows red it won't be easy to hit using melee attacks, but the attack doesn't last long enough to lose the party's chain. During this state Omega's Chain Resistance lowers from 100 to 80, and furthermore his resistances to Physical and Magical attacks change from Halved to Weakness and loses his status immunity. Omega is still capable of Wave Cannon in this phase, but it won't overheat, and the running rampant attacks will resume. Before it uses Wave Cannon, it will buff itself with Accelerator.
