Via Twitter, Lynn Okamoto was made aware of this project, but apparently at the time was not aware of Kickstarter or crowdfunding in general. As with many Kickstarter projects, bonus merchandise was offered to those who bought into the project at a certain level, including a reversible Nyu/Lucy wristband, an employee coffee mug reading Diclonius Research Institute, and a Lilium music box made to look like the one seen in the anime.
