| abstract | - An extinct league point is a league point that was on a chart that is no longer part of the game. Such points exist only on the Midnight Ocean. A ship can be charted along a course incorporating these league points if the charter has memorized the point. It was possible to memorize these points (if someone charted them for you) until about April of 2006. These are also referred to as extinct routes, orphaned routes, dead points and orphaned league points. The following are known extinct routes and league points.
