Rather then beeping like other Mini-Cons do (or at least, like other Mini-Cons do when the plot doesn't require them to speak), he instead communicates through a strange, incomprehensible language which seems to be made up mostly of ramming consonants together. Nobody, save for possibly Franklin Delenor Roosevelt Minicon III, earl of ToeJaAm, seems to know what he's actually saying, but that doesn't seem to stop him.
