| quotetext | - Largely a human phenomonon but somehow in this penguin, a "player" is a shifty being with a knack for wooing multiple females at one time. What diffrentiates a Player from your usual flirtatious bird is that, in each attempt to hit on her, the Player succeeds in convincing the victim that he is truly in love and wishes to date her. He will proceed to explain how much he loves her, smooth-talking her into a manipulatable state, where he will proceed to take advantage of her. Normally, at least in this universe, Players will ask the girl for some money to get tickets, go on romantic dates, or buy gifts for the two of them. Seduced by the coolness, the Player receives his money and promptly vanishes. It is debatable whether a player is a thief or just a brilliant con-man that tricks females exclusively. Cool folks call it "Playa'".

At first glance he may not seem like much, but as soon as he opens his beak he can prove to be quite the catch. Hipengy enjoys running around the Club and getting into whatever mischief he can. If there's a girl crying in the corner, you can bet he's got some smooth words for her. If there's a really angry boss in the Pizza Parlor, you can bet he's going to rob them. Basically, this sarcastic and slightly arrogant penguin likes to do whatever it takes to tick people off. At heart, he's really a good bird, though, what with a vendetta against swearing, people who are jerks (besides him), and Rockhopper. For some reason, he just can't stand Rockhopper.
