  • This triple LP set was originally released in conjunction with the movie and therefore it's also called Woodstock: Music from the Original Soundtrack and More but it's more commonly referred to as Woodstock I. The album was very successful and reached #1 at the Billboard Pop Album charts in 1970. It was re-released as a remastered double CD album on August 12, 1994. The tracks from this album as well as tracks from the follow-up Woodstock II and additional bonus material made it onto the box set Woodstock - Three Days of Peace and Music (1994). The only difference is that all stage announcements were removed so that most of the tracks are now shorter on the box set.
