Trained at RADA, she also appeared in Daziel and Pascoe, Perfect Strangers and the regular role of Rachel in Fat Friends. On stage she appeared A Taste of Honey, Stepping Out, Private Lives and The Importance of Being Earnest before moving to New Zealand in 2006, and has since appeared in Shortland Street.

She was sick, and went to a hospice to get treated. She died sometime after her son Colin was killed on the train tracks.
