| abstract | - Last 0ttoman was a player Pker and Clan leader during the BH World days. He had a significant impact on the nonmember worlds and controlled multiple areas of the wilderness. He led a clan called "The 0ttoman Empire" and lead it very well with others such as Albannz, ozann. Things went South when he quit runescape for a few months and another clan had taken over. Last 0ttoman was mostly a ranger, with 99 Ranged, and would use the Rune 2H combo method. He was also a somewhat accomplished mage, with around 93 magic. After the clan fell, he went through many name changes, and his current account name is unknown, but rumors have circulated in the High Risk Worlds that he changed his name back to Last 0ttoman. This may be untrue as it was confirmed that another player took the name after Last 0ttoman changed it too much. When the clan fell, chaos ensued and practically everyday a new clan would be made, but poor leadership and management led to the clans shutting down one by one.About a month or two later, CD Jay emerged as the leader of a new clan Called "CD". He led CD until the Old Wilderness came back around a year later.
