Artur, the last surviving member of the ancient Paendrag line, is the leader of the survivors and their uncrowned king in exile. A little over an year ago, the largest colony of survivors was located by World Government agent Cad Bane which lead to them having to face the second Buster Call of their history. But this incident is considered a blotch on the World Government's reputation as having learned of the impending Buster call, elements of the Revolutionary Army and the entirety of Jinchūriki were able to set up an elaborate trap for the Marines. The incident, though it resulted in the destruction of the colony, also lead to the death of two of the Vice Admirals who were leading the Buster Call and the defection of another, along with the destruction of numerous ships and the death of countless soldiers. On the whole the Marines faced more losses in this single Buster Call than all the others that had taken place till then put together.
