| Biography | - Joe Clark is a former NASCAR driver from Neptune Beach, CA. He competed in fourteen Sprint Cup Series events in his career, garnering one top-ten.
Clark's debut came in 1961, when he competed at Riverside. It wasn't a successful opening for the driver, falling out of the race just three laps in and finishing in 25th. He fared no better in his other race that year, falling to 23rd at Sacramento with overheating woes.
Clark did not return to the sport until 1964, when he competed in six races and earned a series-high 84th in points. Yet, it was still a miserable year for the driver. Five DNFs during the year seriously hampered the driver's efforts, as a host of mechanical woes hurt him. During that period, Clark only cracked the top-thirty once: a 22nd in the Daytona 500 Qualifier race . The only race that he was running at the finish of was a 12th at Richmond.
Clark's next race came during the 1965, when he competed at his home track of Riverside. Starting 32nd in the field of forty-two, Clark lasted just forty-one laps before a driveshaft issue left him in 30th.
Clark's only race during the 1966 season also came at Riverside, though it went event worse for the driver. Starting 37th in the field, Clark lasted just four laps in the race before oil pressure issues forced him to the sidelined and to a 42nd place finish.
Clark improved just a little when he returned to Riverside for his solo 1967 appearance. Starting 34th in the field of forty-four, Clark lasted just fifty-two laps before engine woes hampered his hopes and left him 31st.
Yet, his lone solo appearance in 1968, which yet again came at Riverside, was the worst of all. Starting 43rd in the field, Clark didn't even complete a lap before a broken head gasket left him dead last .
Amazingly, his next start, which came at Riverside in 1970, turned out to be his best race of them all. Starting 29th in the field of forty, Clark completed all but seventeen laps in route to a career-best 8th place finish.
Clark's final career start came in 1971, when he made his final laps at Riverside. Starting 20th in the field of forty, Clark lasted just twenty-one laps before transmission issues dumped him to 36th.

From 1999 to 2003 he led the controversial We Will Never Merge With the Alliance Party Ever Party, which merged with the Alliance Party in 2003. Clark was deemed no longer cost-effective and terminated by the new leader, Stephen Harper. Many Clark loyalists, (fourteen, some Liberal plant named Sean Tisdall and one of John Diefenbaker's jowels to be precice) or Clark Bars as they were affectionately known by Donnnnnnnnnnnn Newmaaaaaaaaaannnn formed the We are Seriously Never Ever Merging with the Alliance Party so much that we won't even call them the Conservative Party Party. Joe has gone to great lengths so as to not be seen in the same country as any of them, getting elected as Prime Minister of Half of Europe on his affability alone. Before this, he taught classes on how to bitem ass at counting and other ways to be a laughing stock at American University in Washington, DC. Today, Clark is a columnist for the Red Deer Redneck Oilwell Tribune Sun Daily News as a columnist complaining about Peter MacKay screwing him over.
