It will make Box Television Britain's first television and internet music channel. Box Television Network will bring together Bauer's music brands website, C4's music heritage from its 4Music website and Box TV's channels. The Bauer/C4 music websites will merge to form a new website, BoxTelevision.co.uk. Forty staff will also transfer to the new company from Bauer and C4. Box Television Network will enable viewers to watch their favourite music videos, listen to Bauer radio staions, check out news and showbiz updates and order tickets on television and the internet.
