The mission of NYC's LGBT Community Center’s museum program is to provide space for artwork that celebrates the diversity of LGBT life and to support the work of emerging LGBT artists.

Since mounting its first exhibition in June 1989, the LGBT Community Center's museum presents numerous exhibitions each year.
