Once proven proficient, they are partnered with a young bird. These birds are handy with tracking and being on the lookout. They also hold their own unique techniques. While some of these birds can grow 4ft or more, which would allow their human to fly upon it, they can use the Transformation Technique to make themselves grow bigger if they aren't sizeable enough to carry them. From there, their humans can use the height to advantage and attack from the sky. These pairs are taught to work in great sequence with one another, for reasons of using Cooperation Ninjutsu. While uncommon, some members don't use archery as their main fighting style, although they are trained in it.
