Son arme est un assemblage de boutons de manchettes (pour la gâchette), de stylos (pour le canon), de briquet (pour le compartiment à balles d'or) et d'étui à cigarettes (pour la crosse). Le signe particulier de Scaramanga est un troisième mamelon. D'après le culte vaudou, cela est un signe d'invincibilité.
