It changed a magnet from being pushed to be pulled back again if it was targeted. It was won from the Skyboarder after beating him at the Medical Outpost Omega Skyboard race. He had it attached to his Skyboard, trying to cheat with it. It was first used in Challax, via the storyline. However, if a player went back to Metalis, they reached the area with a titanium bolt, a large amount of Crates and also accessed the Treehouse - High Impact Games' hit on Insomniac's Museum.
