Revis made his debut in 1979, running at Bristol Motor Speedway. Revis started the race in the 26th position and the tough track quickly claimed his transmission. The result was a 28th place finish for Revis.
Revis made his 1980 race at Darlington Raceway, driving a personally owned vehicle into the field with a 36th place qualifying effort. An early engine failure would leave Revis with just a 33rd place finish and Revis has not raced since.
