| abstract | - Simon Norbury appeared on Coronation Street as a Buddhist Monk encountered by Kirk and Beth Sutherland when the couple were lost on a walk in Welsh woodland in August 2015. Born and raised on a farm in Cheshire, Simon moved to London and trained at East 15 Acting School. Along with credited roles in Underbelly and Game of Thrones, he has also appeared in the short films The Golden Man, Scattered, Last of the Lollipop Men, Jim and the Tuna and Soar.
