abstract
  • Zinrico State Route 666 (abbreviated ZIN-666) is a state route maintained by the state of Zinrico's transportation department. It runs from State Route 5 in Pichulla County to State Route 66 in Milliam. Zinrico State Route 666 is known as the "Cursed Route" by local superstitious people, because the route's number is said to be the number of the beast, and, in June 2006, people begged the state to renumber the route, and the state denied the request, saying, "It's just a number. Numbers don't hurt". To this day, Route 666 is the "second-least traveled Zinrico state route", after State Route 307.
