| abstract | - Reapers are one of the Archetypes that manifest in a Bound after the return. They believe that the needs of the many outweigh the lifes of the wicked and set off to find permanent solutions for these people. Reapers have no qualms against murder, but some seek other solutions. Some Reapers incite two serial killers against each other. Others specialize in breaking the minds of their victims, leaving them catatonic. Others sit down with their target to learn what drives them to act the way they do. By doing their research, the Sin-Eater finds a especially cancerous person and kills him to avoid further corruption in the mortal population. Problem is, nothing’s ever quite that easy. His actions have repercussions: kill one gang boss and three others fight to take his place. Each is just as bad as their predecessor, and while they vie for power, the people who live on their turf suffer. Other, more psychotic, Reapers lash out against anyone that wrongs them. A person that cuts them off in traffic is just as guilty as a local gang leader, and both are disposed with the same efficiency.
