However, he is alot more intelligent and less hot headed than buu, while also being a bit of a coward. He gets on well with pan, much to the annouance of gohan, who is mercilessly teased by cheill. Power: Cheill is somewhat close to mystic gohan in terms of overall skill, but he holds an advantage in speed, and a disadvantage in power. He is terrified of lord bills, but teases whis lot.... until he gets smacked halfway across the planet by him. Abilities: cheill's most common attaack is the red arrow, where he turns into a glowing red arrow ( as in an arrow pointing somewhere) and travels at extreme speeds. He uses the technique to knock gohan around, and manages to dig through the side of a mountain to avoid a kamehameha. He also uses the land blower, a technique where he hugs himself tightly, then throws his arms open and releases four glowing red balls, that explode on contact with the ground in a huge radius. He used this technique to keep gohan at a distance. cheill also uses, along with the masenko and a red version of the falick gun, the nuke puke, where he throws up a stream of superhot liquid. The technique was used to catch gohan off guard, but also to impress pan. Cheill also can make his hands grow into claws for stronger melee attacks.
