With the rebels losing ground by the day, Colonel Robert Watts had the ship refitted in a seven year process for very long duration operations, before having it launched in 2522 to act as a mobile base for the rebels. The ship came to be regarded as a mythical place where a rebel could live in peace, but it remained isolated, with little contact until after the Human-Covenant War, when it visited Venezia for repairs. Finally, in 2556, the ship was dismantled by its inhabitants in an isolated asteroid belt to create a habitat.
