Slacking Laborers can be found sitting (and sometimes drinking or sleeping) at the various dig sites scattered throughout Schnottz's Landing[[:File:|[, ]]] in southern Uldum. They can only be found when on the below quest. According to their dialogue, many of them used to be Wastewanders.
