  • Jimmy Olsen is conned into taking a voyage with a crew who turn out to be crooks on the lam over the same part of the Azores in which the Mary Celeste lost its passengers and crew on Dec. 15, 1872.
  • Jimmy Olsen lost both his parents in a train wreck near Lincoln City during his childhood. Now he meets a convict with the same name, red hair, and freckles as his father, Mark Olsen, and is appalled to think that “The Brain” might be his long-lost father.
