Once the Ichor of Sithis has been purchased from Rowley Eardwulf and applied to the basin at the base of the shrine, an infamous Hero may then "use" the shrine to pray to The Dread Father and be blessed once per day. There is also a small box containing the Crimson Eviscerator on the base of the shrine above the basin.
