Eubanks ran quality seasons in 1951, 1952, 1953 and 1954 with top ten points finishes including a 5th in 1954. He earned his first two of four poles in 1953, and earned fifty-one of his eighty-one top-tens. However, it was not until 1958 that Eubanks broke through to victory lane. After Junior Johnson wrecked in the race at Hillsboro, Eubanks inherited the lead and led the last twelve laps in route to victory. However, he only earned nine top-ten finishes after that and retired after 1960.
