  • Funky Stadium is a Battle Stage in Mario Kart Wii. It is fully a dirt-ground stage, and many boost pads on wooden ramps and half-pipes all the way around. There is of course many people watching you in the background, screaming and cheering if you made a trick. When the Pre-race Countdown Timer reaches GO! and the battle begins, you go down a wooden track littered with boost pads and no railings, and then go up the track again (as if it were turning into a ramp), and hit a boost pad and fly into the battle field. This Battle is probably owned by Funky Kong, but you have to unlock him and because of the large size, it is the biggest battle arena in the game. Even though it's pretty much the most popular Battle Stage in the game, there are still people that think it's too big..
  • Funky Stadium is a Battle Course in Mario Kart Wii. The course is much like a skateboarding or dirt-bike course, featuring many trick areas with sloped Dash Panels that will cause you to fly into the air. Many Item Boxes are only accessible by going off these ramps. The course's background proves that the course is a stadium; there is a big audience watching and snapping shots with their cameras. The stage is based on Funky Kong, this character having his first appearance in this game as well. This course can certainly be considered one of the biggest Battle Stages in the game.
  • Racers start out at very high chutes over the center arena, and when the timer goes off, they rocket through Boost pads into the main stage. It consist of huge ramps where Tricks can be performed, half pipe sections, patches of sandy areas that make great targets of enemy drivers, and a massive tunnel in the center.
