- "We spin and chop our enemies faster than frogs in blenders!" The RED NINJA are mercenaries who once were a part of the Arashikage clan. The clan scattered and was all but destroyed after the death of their leader, the Hard Master. It was believed that he was killed by his own nephew, the Young Master (a.k.a. Storm Shadow). Years later, these Red Ninja were contacted by Zartan, who hired them to protect him from Storm Shadow, who wanted Zartan dead since he had been the actual killer of the Hard Master. Even when they learned the truth, the Red Ninja blamed Storm Shadow for destroying the clan by inviting the outsider, Snake-Eyes, into their midst. They worked for Zartan and Cobra, and fought Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow and their allies on many occasions. These days they only work for Cobra C
- Red_Ninja is a Fantage user and was Civic_Princess's Fantage boyfriend. Due to the inactivity of both users, they have broken up. He has a very high level and is a Fantage legend. Not much is known about him; some have seen him and reported that he was kind, others say he was not. Mostly active during 2010 to 2012, Red_Ninja had stopped playing after that period, but returned in early 2015 with Civic_Princess. Signing up in November of 2009, Red_Ninja started playing Fantage along with two other users, Myndi1 and Hat03.
- This NPC type only appears in the Elona+ version of Elona. They are a stronger version of the Ninja. Ninja sprites are different depending on whether they are male or female. They use the same sprites as the Ninja, but with a red tint. They are invisible, and only appear when your character uses invisible seeing equipment, or when they are wet. They split when taking damage, keeping the status of the monster they split from. They attack with a mixture of melee and thrown missile attacks. While they tend to use the thrown weapon, they will not move back when in melee range.

Up until Fantage removed many of their servers, he was most commonly seen in White Seal. His friends are mostly veteran Fantage users, such as BeautyAnime, Ruby_08, Zookazoodude and Gianna4125. Signing up in November of 2009, Red_Ninja started playing Fantage along with two other users, Myndi1 and Hat03.
