Not long after, however, Blake murdered five young women, robbed a bank, and hid from the authorities. He met future CAA founder Jack "Ernest" Joseph while scavenging for food in an alley in Chicago, and became friends soon therefore. Later in 2191, Blake and Joseph bought 300 acres of land in Montana, and started a short-lived militia, which consisted of Blake's sister Mary, twenty three Montana natives and former senator Yancey Vikola. The group of 26 started preparing for a "possible invasion of the US" and stored over 3.5 million US dollars of weapons, vehicles, food and medical supplies inside a bunker. After the militia was dissolved, the remaining five (Yancey, Joseph, Mary, Blake and an unnamed montana native) joined the Montana State Army Corps. (another militia group) and eventually started the CAA with the help of over fifty "minutemen". In October 2208, the Federal Administration of Drugs and Firearms of Canada (FADF) tracked Blake from over twenty online purchases and moved into arrest the killer. Blake, however, disappeared when they reached the plot of land, and abandoned their search.
