  • The Dragon Balls are seven magical orbs that, when gathered together, will summon a dragon named Duragkon to grant a wish. They were created by a Namekian named Piyure, who was the son of Dende. Piyure made these Dragon Balls unlike any other before; they were indestructible, could grant five wishes instead of one or three, and could be reused after only 12 days. After creating the Dragon Balls, Piyure realized he forgot to add a few more things to them, so he made modifications to the Dragon Balls by wishing for them. The modifications were: * Piyure wished for immortality, in order for these Dragon Balls to last forever. * He wished for no one with a single piece of darkness in their heart to have the ability to create other Dragon Balls. * He wished for the Dragon Balls to be used for good intentions only. * His fourth wish was for anyone who uses these Dragon Balls to be unsatisfied (unless they wish to use them for evil purposes). * His fifth and final wish was for the Dragon Balls to separate from each other and appear in different parts of the world whenever someone finishes wishing from them, in order to give those who desire to use them some sort of challenge. After the mad Saiyan Agafh was defeated by Singan, the latter fell into a deep depression, as Agafh killed many people prior to his defeat. The Namekian Ganbus told of an ancient legend about seven magical balls that would summon a dragon to grant any wish - even reviving people from death. Singan scoffed at this and claimed that the dead cannot come back. However, the Two-Star Dragon Ball fell from a tall rock formation, and Ganbus recognized it as one of the Dragon Balls. The trio then set out on a journey to find the rest of the Dragon Balls and revive their friends, meeting new allies and enemies along the way.
