The item could be equipped, either placed on the ground in various positions by the feet or worn on the head. The item was not able to be shadowed, so the previews on the right do not display all poses, only the default pose and the head pose. If the Solian chose to open the gift box and stick their hand in, they would find a Zombie Head. "This can't be right there must be some kind of mistake?! It's alive! Get it off! Get it off!" Upon returning to their inventory, they would be welcomed to the event and told they were a human, a zombie or a ghoul, and health, stamina and strength statistics would be displayed under the header.
