  • Synthskin
rdfs:comment
  • Luke Skywalker's mechno-arm was originally covered in synthskin.
  • Synthskin, also known as synthflesh, was the gelatinous, oh-so-creepy substance that was first used in the medical field to replace the skin and outer tissue of severely injured or burned patients. It was also used to cover prosthetic and/or cybernetic limbs, Human Replica Droids, and General Grievous's gut-sack. Though widely used in medical centers, the most common use of synthskin was in the manufacturing of sex droids. After all, those sharp metal bits hurt.

Though widely used in medical centers, the most common use of synthskin was in the manufacturing of sex droids. After all, those sharp metal bits hurt. Doctors and droid engineers don't like to admit it, but synthskin tastes great when fried, and served with some dipping sauce. Some Moffs and other high officials within the Galactic Empire made lampshades out of it, for some twisted reason.
