- Tenrō (天狼) is an elite team and a former genin team consists of two 3-man cells with a jōnin leader each. The structure of this team was specifically formed and proposed by Shikamaru Nara to create an elite team which will be trained accordingly and sent to various high rank missions thus will develop their abilities. These students later were split into two four-man subdiv-cells called Raijin and Fūjin. Unlike the normal 3-man cells, these teams were excluded to balance the genins abilities as it consists of high potential genins only.

- Tenrō (天狼) is an elite team and a former genin team consists of two 3-man cells with a jōnin leader each. The structure of this team was specifically formed and proposed by Shikamaru Nara to create an elite team which will be trained accordingly and sent to various high rank missions thus will develop their abilities. The concept of this team is to create high level shinobi leaders to lead the future Konoha. The formation of this team was a bit different from the normal cells as it had a special exam to short listed students with high potential only. Six students of the academy had been chosen to be in the team after being reviewed in the examination. These students later were split into two four-man subdiv-cells called Raijin and Fūjin. Unlike the normal 3-man cells, these teams were excluded to balance the genins abilities as it consists of high potential genins only. After the genin members became chūnin, they were no longer led by the jōnin leaders as they are leading the team themselves. However, most of the missions were led by Ryūsuke Senju before he defected the village in which was proceeded by Masamura Hōjō.
