  • Weather Vanes are objects from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Found throughout Hyrule and Lorule, they are weather vanes made in the images of large red birds in Hyrule, and large purple bats in Lorule. They can be used to save Link's progress. Activated weather vanes also serve as warp destinations to where Irene can take Link. This is achieved by calling the young witch with the Bell, which can only be done in the overworld.

abstract
  • Weather Vanes are objects from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Found throughout Hyrule and Lorule, they are weather vanes made in the images of large red birds in Hyrule, and large purple bats in Lorule. They can be used to save Link's progress. Activated weather vanes also serve as warp destinations to where Irene can take Link. This is achieved by calling the young witch with the Bell, which can only be done in the overworld. If a dungeon is cleared, a good deal of progress through the game is made, or the game is played for long enough, the Weather Vanes will start shaking and making noises to direct Link's attention to them. In the latter situation, they will also advise that the player take a break from the game.
  • The Weather Vane is a decoration. Based on the orientation of the Weather Vane and the Garden Sundial decorations, "North" in FarmVille is toward the Upper Left. According to the position of the gnomon on the older Sundial decoration, however, North is to the Upper Right.

There is a starting structure on the island, a pipe above the bottomless pit and a large blade located between them. In addition, there are numerous Balloon Goos and Black Goos sleeping on several thick clouds. The player must navigate around the blade with the help of Black Goos and Balloon Goos to reach the pipe which can prove quite difficult. It's possible to collect more than 90 Goo Balls in this level by using the structure floating technique. However, this is extremely difficult to achieve, requiring a large amount of skill and luck.
  • Weather Vane is an item found in Breath of Fire III.
