| abstract | - Alistel is a holy nation located to the east of the continent and ruled by the Prophet Noah. At the age of 16, weary of Granorg's tyranny, Noah led the people to establish Alistel. 70 years later, however, he has stopped making public appearances and now speaks only through General Hugo, who has become Alistel's de facto ruler in his stead. Alistel is the center of research into thaumatech, a lost technology that uses Mana. They have used it to develop powerful thaumachines in service of the military, though these thaumachines are still in their test stages and are not ready for full deployment.
