- The Ocean Bay Marina is a marina featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, located in Ocean Beach, Vice City. In 1986, the setting of GTA Vice City Tommy Vercetti comes here to receive missions from Juan Cortez. However in GTA Vice City Stories the setting isn't in any part key to the storyline other than when Vic has to get fake photographs of Jerry Martinez with a DEA agent.
- Ocean Bay Marina es un club náutico que aparece en Grand Theft Auto Vice City y Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories. Ubicado en en Vice City Beach,Vice City. Su nombre se los puede ver en las rampas que se encuentran en Vice City y por un gran monumento, que el edificio tiene, a un lado.Este gran edificio es utilizado para todo evento acuatico que tiene a cargo esta misma empresa. Tiene una entrada en curva en donde se pueden ver muchos peatones, enfrente de el edificio está parqueda una PCJ 600, aquí se pueden realizar misiones del Coronel Juan García Cortez, se ubica en frente del edificio el Pier 1, Pier 2 y del Yate del Coronel Cortez. Cabe a destacar que tiene rampas en las que utilizaremos en la misión Punto de Control Charlie estampadas el logotipo de la misma.

Pojawia się w Grand Theft Auto: Vice City oraz Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Budynek mariny położony jest na zachodnim krańcu Ocean Beach we wschodniej części miasta. Gracz nie ma dostępu do jego wnętrza poza dużym podziemnym parkingiem, do którego wjazd znajduje się na zachodniej ścianie budynku. Przy wjeździe na parking położonych jest kilka miejsc parkingowych. Na brzegu, na zachód od budynku mariny znajdują się dwa mola z zacumowanymi przy nich łodziami. Na teren mariny można wjechać od jej południowej strony; na północy znajduje się deptak, przez który ciężko przedostać się samochodem. W czasie akcji Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, obie bramy mariny są otwarte od początku rozgrywki. W Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, północna brama (Pier 2) otwiera się dopiero po ukończeniu misji Wymazanie, a południowa (Pier 1) nie otwiera się nigdy.
