| Info | - Nate found Fennekin injured while in Lumiose City and took her to Professor Sycamore who told Nate that she is one of the Starter Pokemon he gives away. Delphox is a very strong Pokemon in Nate's Kalos Team. Delphox knows Mystical Fire, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower and Psyshock.
- Corphish was caught at Lilycove City, but Nate had to trade Dustox back to the home ranch to use Corphish. Corphish was a strong Pokemon and was adamant not to evolve, to which Nate understood and gave Corphish an Everstone when Corphish was resisting evolution. Corphish has the ability Hyper Cutter and the moves Crabhamer, Swords Dance, Blizzard and X-Scissor.
- Nate found a Mareep south of Violet City which Mareep helped out Nate defeat Falkner. Mareep evolved into Flaaffy while fighting off some Ariados. Ampharos evolved during the Dragonite outrage. Ampharos has Static as its ability and its moves are Zap Cannon, Dragon Pulse, Toxic and Focus Blast, Ampharos can Mega Evolve.
- Nate caught Snorlax on Cinnabar Island. Snorlax's ability is Thick Fat. Snorlax's moveset is Metronome, Belly Drum, Sleep Talk and Rest.
- Nate caught Stantler in his travels around Johto while travelling with Jon and Tyler
- Nate caught Crobat as a Zubat while travelling around Kanto. Crobat was first seen in Fight For The Final Round and can use the flying type Z-Move, Supersonic Strike.
- Nate caught Mr. Mime at the Safari Zone. Mr. Mime's ability is Filter and her moves are Light Screen, Reflect, Calm Mind and Baton Pass.
- Nate caught Starly after she and her friends attacked Turtwig and since then, they have been a great team and worked well together. When Nate fell off a plane, Staravia flew down and wasn't fast enough, but luckily evolved into Staraptor and saved Nate. Staraptor was Nate's go to Pokemon for a lot of Gym battles and the Sinnoh League. Staraptor has the ability Intimidate and has the moves Brave Bird, Agility, Steel Wing and U-Turn.
- Nate recieved Larvitar as an egg. The egg hathed in Ecruteak City, but Larvitar was scared of the real world and took some time to trust Nate but eventually did and became a power house in Nate's team and continued to be when it finally evolved into Tyranitar. Tyranitar's ability is Sandstream and its moves are Crunch, Stone Edge, Ice Beam and Dragon Pulse.
- Buizel was caught in Pastoria City and is a strong Pokemon, defeated some fully evolved Pokemon with ease. Buziel was used a lot in gym battles. Buizel has the ability Swift Swim and the moves Rain Dance, Aqua Jet, Pursuit and Brick Break.
- Nate caught Garbodor as a Trubbish near a waste dump near the desert. Garbodor is capable of taking hits and was a good battler for Nate. Garbodor knows the moves Toxic, Gunk Shot, Dark Pulse and Thunderbolt.
- Hawlucha is a Pokemon Nate caught in the Kalos Region. It's known moves are Flying Press and Aerial Ace
- Nate encountered Nidoking as an injured Nidoran in Viridian City. Nidoking has the ability Poison Point. Nidoking knows the moves Double Kick, Megahom, Double Team and Earth Power.
- Nate caught Oricorio some time around on his Melemele Island trial. Oricorio's known moves are Air Cutter and Pound.
- Nate encountered Tangela outside the Cerulean City Gym, wanting to show him to where some injured Pokemon were. Tangela then became a very powerful member of the team. Tangela's ability is Leaf Guard and its known moves are Sleep Powder, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb and Sunny Day.
- Nate caught Espurr while in Camphrier Town. Espurr was causing a lot of trouble until Nate showed him another way. Espurr became a good defensive Pokemon on Nate's team. Espurr evolved into Meowstic after his 5th gym battle. Meowstic knows the moves Reflect, Light Screen, Future Sight and Charge Beam.
- Nate caught a Riolu in Veilstone City and looked after her since she was injured. Riolu took some time to trust Nate and soon took a liking to him. Riolu evolved while battling a wild Drapion. Lucario has the ability to Mega Evolve. Lucario's ability is Inner Foucs and her moves are Aura Sphere, Quick Attack, Flash Cannon and Shadow Claw.
- Sawsbuck is a Pokemon Nate caught while travelling to Driftveil City. Sawsbuck is in its Autumn form. Sawsbuck is a good battler, but doesn't like to battle all the time. Sawsbuck's moves are Horn Leech, Double-Edge, Toxic, Substitute.
- Nate caught Slugma in Ecruteak City while visiting the Burned Tower. Slugma was a fairly good fighter and was a great member of Nate's team, being the fastest member. However, as soon as she evolved into Magcargo, she was very slow, but soon learned how to take hits and then fire back when needed. Magcargo's ability is Flame Body. Magcargo's moves are Earth Power, Ancient Power, Flamethrower and Acid Armor.
- While travelling through Petalburg Woods, Nate encountered a Wurmple and caught it. Wurmple was a shy Pokemon and didn't like battling and didn't like it either when it evolved into Cascoon. However, during the battle against Roxanne's Geodude, Cascoon evolved into Dustox and was able to defeat Geodude. Dustox was a stong member of Naes team but was sent to the famiy ranch once Nate caught Corphish. Dustox has the ability Compound Eyes and has the moves Moonlight, Quiver Dance, Silver Wind and Sludge Bomb.
- Nate found Trapinch on the beach in Dewford City. Trapinch was badly hurt but Nate took it to the Pokemon Center to be healed. Nuse Joy revealed that Trapinch was just a baby and Nate decided to take care of Trapinch. Trainch barely battled but when he evolved into a Vibrava, he became very adamant to battle and was very good at it. As soon as Vibrava became a Flygon, he was a powerhouse in Nate's team. Flygon has the ability Levitate and the moves Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide and Solar Beam.
- Nate choose Oshawott as his starter Pokemon going through Unova. Oshawott never wanted to evolve but was a very good battler no matter what. Oshawott's moves are Hydro Pump, Aqua Jet, Ice Beam and Work Up.
- Mightyena was caught as a Poochyena on the route north of Littleroot. Poochyena was a bit rough as a little Pokemon and was a nuisence to Nate. However, this nullified when Poochyena evolved into Mightyena and was a good member of Nate's Team. Mightyena's ability is Intimidate. Mightyena's moves are Crunch, Fire Fang, Play Rough and Giga Impact.
- Nate caught Tropius near the Weather Station near Fortree City. Tropius doesn't mind battling, but prefers to protect others in Double Battles and when not being used in battle. Tropius has the ability Chlorophyll and the moves Sunny Day, Safeguard, Leaf Storm and Toxic.
- Nate chose Totodile when he arrived in Johto and met Professor Elm. Totodile was a formidable part of Nate's team. Soon after getting his thrid gym badge, Totodile evolved into Croconaw and then evolved into Feraligatr while fighting some enraged Dragonite's at The Lake of Rage. Feraligatr's ability is Torrent and his moves are Brick Break, Aqua Tail, Rain Dance and Crunch.
- Nate used Diglett in the battle competition at the Hano Grand Resort. During the battle against April in Taking The Stepping Stones Of A Competition, Diglett evolved into Dugtrio.
- Nate found a Chespin on route 3 getting attacked by a swarm of Fletchinder. Chespin was a strong Pokemon on Nate's team and evolved during his battle against Ramos. Quilladin's moves are Rollout, Needle Arm, Mud Shot and Gyro Ball.
- Nate encountered Luxio as a Shinx just south of Jubilife City. Shinx was very eager to battle Nate and Nate used his Turtwig to battle Shinx and captured him. Shinx was a strong Pokemon and a great team member and evolved into Luxio while fighting Byron. Luxio has the ability rivalry and has the moves Thunder Fang, Crunch, Rain Dance and Thunder
- Nate got Blastoise as aSquirtle when he went to Kanto after competing in Hoenn. Blastoise has the ability Torrent and the ability to Mega Evolve. Blastoise moves are: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Skull Bash and Protect.
- Nate caught Simisear as a Pansear in Accumula Town. Simisear is very hot headed and has a short temper during battle, but this increased his power a lot. Simisear's moves are Fire Blast, Brick Break, Solar Beam, Sunny Day.
- Nate caught Durant near Icirrus City. Nate caught Durant to help him beat Brycen as Nate had already lost. Durant, with the help of Simisear, defeated all of Brycen's Pokemon. Durant knows Iron Head, Dig, X-Scissor and Stone Edge.
- Nate got Golem as a Graveller while travelling through Diglett's cave as Graveller was causing trouble. Graveller changed his ways while travelling with Nate and became a strong member of his team. Golem's ability is Rock Head and knows the moves Rock Polish, Heavy Slam, Attract, Fire Blast.
- Raichu is known to have traveled with Nate for a long time. Nate got Raichu as a Pikachu on the family ranch. Raichu's known moves are Volt Tackle, Thunderbolt, Fling and Iron Tail.
- Nate caught Swoobat near Nacrene City, causing mayhem to the people of the city. Swoobat is a good aerial battler for Nate's team. Swoobat knows Air Slash, Psychic, Future Sight, Charge Beam.
- Ninetales was encountered near Mount Moon as a Vulpix which took a liking to Nate straight away. Ninetales has the ability Flash Fire. Ninetales knows Flamethrower, Nasty Plot, Energy Ball and Hyper Beam.
- Nate caught Hoothoot in New Bark Town during the day as she was sleeping. Hoothoot was a shiny Pokemon, and wasn't much of a battler till she evolved into a Noctowl. Noctowl's ability is Keen Eye and her moves are Sky Attack, Moonblast, Air Slash and Steel Wing.
- Nate encoutered Teddiursa in Azalea Town eating some Honey he stole from the local Honey shop. Teddiursa was a shy Pokemon and liked playing tricks on Nate and running away but soon evolved into Ursaring during Nate's battle against Jasmine. Ursaring's ability is Quick Feet and his moves are Feint Attack, Slash, Shadow Claw and Stone Edge.
- Gallade was caught as a Kirlia in Sinnoh. Gallade was first seen in Fight For The Final Round. Gallade can also Mega Evolve.
- Nate got Turtwig from Professor Rowan when he arrived in Sinnoh. Turtwig was wary of Nate and wasn't too sure of him, until he saved him from a flock of Starly and Turtwig trusted Nate. Since then, they have been a great team. Torterra's ability is Overgrow and his moves are Earthquake, Leaf Storm, Rock Polish and Stone Edge.
- Nate chose Treecko at Birch's lab as soon as he started his journey. Treecko was a strong Pokemon and a very agile battler. Treecko was a great Pokemon and even better when he evolved into a Grovyle and then Sceptile. Sceptile has the ability to Mega Evolve. Sceptile's ability is Overgrow and his moves are Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Dragon Pulse and Double Team.
