Juste avant que Link et Tetra soient sur le point d'être tués par Ganondorf quand ils sont dans la Forteresse Maudite pour la seconde fois, c'est Valoo, Scaff, et Taf qui viennent les sauver. Valoo crache du feu sur la plate-forme panoramique de Ganondorf dans une tentative de le tuer. Technically, the book does not state that this is a fact, but presents it as a possibility.
