  • Deepak's only claim to fame is the shared pronunciation of his name with "Oprah." Still he has managed to leverage this into worldwide fame, lucrative book deals, and a free subscription to Home and Garden, becoming a modern-day "profit," in his own words. Chopra claims that reality is simply an illusion, which is either a powerfully deep take on the fabric of the cosmos, or a hastily slapped-together excuse to explain the loud, red sneakers he wore to his Colbert Report interview.
  • "The most influential person in my life is Deepak Chopra. He means so much to so many people all over the world. All of the various books that he has written and his message is a true inspiration. I think about Deepak when it comes to my own work as a musician. I want so much for it go beyond the music for my fans. Inspiration as ambition. How the spiritual laws can affect their lives. And in my own personal life, Deepak has been an amazing friend. He has always reminded me to work in a life of service to my fans, and to fufill my vision and my destiny." -Lady Gaga

Chopra claims that reality is simply an illusion, which is either a powerfully deep take on the fabric of the cosmos, or a hastily slapped-together excuse to explain the loud, red sneakers he wore to his Colbert Report interview. His "did I just blow your mind," pot-brownie-breakfast philosophies do have some advantages, however: if the universe contains infinite possibilities, as Chopra has stated, it means we can win in Iraq — and, in fact, that we may have already won. An important facet of Chopra's philosophies is moisturizing and exfoliating. It can only be presumed that the dead cells from Chopra's face go on in their afterlife to enjoy the illusion of being interviewed on national television by Stephen Colbert's dandruff. His ETN, predicted to be December 19, 2006 by the Colbert Nation, proved completely accurate; they called it!!! Stephen had been looking forward to nailing Chopra since his past life. Chopra has stated his most recent book is a must-read for anyone who is going to die, and has given three copies to his mother-in-law.

She is all of 24 years of age, she has exquisite talent in both her performances and her singing, she writes lyrics that, to me, are reminiscent of The Beatles, and she has an extraordinarily mature mind. And she had existencial angst. She's troubled by both her own personal questions about existence and also the big social issues of our time. So she is a combination of wisdom, angst, rebellion, great talent, exquisite music and great performance." -Deepak Chopra
