Her most notable title reigns include: the BWA Heavyweight Championship, the X3W Heavyweight Championship, 3 WFWA World Cruiserweight Championships, and 2 WFWA World Tag Team Championships with her former partner and current husband Terrence "Twister" Thompson. In addition, she and Terrence have twice won "Tag Team of the Year" awards (2002, 2010), are the 2004 Crockett Cup Tag Team Tournament Champions, and were inducted into the WFWA Hall of Fame in 2007.
