  • Dana Rosen (b. 1940s) is an office manager working for George Irving in Los Angeles. On 4 October 2011, she met with LAPD detectives David Chu and Harry Bosch at Irving's office to discuss the suspicious death of Irving. She told the detectives that Irving was representing Regent Cabs in their effort to take over the Hollywood franchise from Black & White Cabs. She showed them a copy of a letter that Irving had sent to the city's Franchise Board reporting problems with B&W drivers, including DUI's, accidents and various moving violations. Copies of the relevant police reports were attached to the letter. Bosch noted that all three DUI arrests showed the same arresting officer, Bobby Mason.
