abstract	Vaiyani was a female Toork Centurion and Royal Guard. Vaiyani was commissioned before the Tribulation and fought in both the Vagaari War and the Ssi-ruuvi Incursion. She served as a Royal Guard to Queen Rin Sakaros from 149 ABY to 151 ABY, serving alongside Tarzg Sav'lir, Vos'elk'eetash, and Assayr, among others. Vaiyani and Assayr had been friends since their Novice days, but became very close during their year of overlapped Royal Guard duty. When Assayr married in 151, only weeks after Vaiyani rotated out of the Royal Guard, she served as his attendant. Vaiyani became close with Assayr's wife Chicha, and they comforted one another after Assayr was killed in the Battle of Renthiv in 155 ABY.
