After Raiden defeated Desperado leader Sundowner and learned of Operation Tecumseh, Doktor and several other members of the PMC arrived and secured the building as well as loaded the brain canisters into the chopper. After loading and securing the contents onto the chopper, the soldiers cleared Doktor for takeoff just as Raiden entered the cockpit.
