When their son was a young man, Miz and Tletlsa discovered he was being trained by the hiding Jedi Shahmzar Aonda-Alci. They were shocked at first, but they accepted it. They thought it was too late to change it, and they remembered that the Jedi had tried to help them deal with the Corporate Alliance. Years later, Gir left them to join the New Jedi Order. For the rest of Miz's simple life, his son occasionally came back to visit him. He died of old age in 32 ABY.
