After witnessing a taijutsu technique in great detail with his Noryokugan, or being on the receiving end of the fighting technique, Ace activates his Mugen Kodona Noryokugan and uses the forbidden technique Jikanjunjo. Ace uses the technique to rewind time within the space of himself and his opponent. He then uses the knowledge of his opponents moves or the location of the strikes he received, to effectively block and almost instantly counteract his opponents movements. After Neji successfully attacked Ace with Eight Trigrams - Sixty-Four Palms, Ace used this technique to reverse Nejis assault to the point before being struck. Then as Neji attacked him, he effectively blocked each strike before delivering a strike of his own. As the technique progressed, Ace sealed 64 of Nejis tenketsu points, leaving him incapacitated and unable to battle, giving him the win. After Claiming victory, Ace used Jikanjunjo to unseal Nejis tenketsu points, and inturn, earned Nejis respect.
