During the quest, General Narvion wields the crossbow with Gnome hide and Narvion's Attractor, after the quest you purchase the crossbow from Narvion and he turns into King Narvion, the crossbow has a +230 ranged strength and has a special which zaps the enemy taking damage 320 - 760.
