His father, Welk Vile had served as viceroy of the Trade Federation from 70 BBY to 57 BBY. Despite being a skilled businessman his career soon fell apart due to scandal after scandal and had to resign. Following his resignation he stayed at the TF but ended up being fired by his own son, Helko, not Relow as he was working for the InterGalactic Banking Clan alongisde Muun, San Hill. After being fired Welk forgave his Helko for his actions but Relow on the other hand insulted his father, whom he had never been as close to as Helko, and called him a failure and was going to die poor. These words from his own flesh and blood ignited an anger inside Welk and hired a bounty hunter to have him killed. The assassination failed and the assassin was apprehended by Banking Clan Security Forces. Relow no longer made contact with his family following the incident and upon his dads death during the Clone Wars he failed to attended his funeral sickening his mother, Heloo Vile. On the final day of the Clone Wars his brother was killed on the planet Mustafar by Darth Vader leaving Relow as the only surviving member of the Vile Family. A few days later The IGBC was forced by the newly founded Galactic Empire to hand over all their assets. Relow found himself one of the few resisting arrest for war crimes and found himself on a run from the law. Relow retreated to the Outer Rim Territories and arrived at the Zealand System in the Oceanus Sector in 16 BBY. There he discovered a flourishing portion of the droid armies led by fellow Neimoidian, Zeth Kord. Relow survived the entire Zealand Campaign and the ultimate demise of the Trade Federation Remnant in 1 BBY. Relow made his way to the Rebel Alliance base on Yavin IV but was shot down by TIE's that were guarding the Death Star.
